The Diagnostic is offered as described on the Diagnostic page. Submitting a request does not create an obligation on either side. Operon will respond to legitimate inquiries; the right is reserved to decline engagements that are not a fit.

Operon retains ownership of all frameworks, tools, illustrations, and written content on this site. Client-specific system state produced during a paid engagement is governed by the engagement contract and typically transferred to the client at handover.

The site is provided “as is”. Indicative outcomes mentioned in our content are illustrative • actual outcomes during paid engagements depend on the client’s team, data, and adoption.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Operon’s liability arising from your use of this website is limited to direct damages and shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Operon (if any) for the past twelve months.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, except where local consumer protection law in your jurisdiction grants you stronger protections.
