The way in

Start with an Operations Teardown.

Before we build anything, we take your operation apart on paper. You give us ninety minutes and access to how the work actually moves. You get back a short written report: where the load lands on you, what is quietly costing you time or money, and the one core operation we would fix first — with the exact scope, the target we would guarantee, and a fixed price for the 90-day First Win.

₹50,000, credited in full against your First Win in 90 Days.

All prices exclude applicable taxes; GST is charged additionally as per law. International prices exclude taxes; you may owe reverse-charge VAT/GST in your jurisdiction.

It is paid on purpose. Paid work gets honest answers, real access, and our full attention — and if you go ahead, every rupee (or dollar) comes off the First Win price. This is the cheapest way to find out if we are right about your operation, and the cheapest way for you to find out if we are the wrong fit.

See it before you buy it

Here is exactly what you get. Illustrative, not a real client’s.

We are early and we do not invent case studies. So instead of logos and outcome numbers we cannot honestly claim yet, we show you the deliverable itself. This is a full sample Teardown, built to the exact structure and depth you would receive — the specifics are illustrative, not a real client’s data. The structure is exactly what lands in your inbox.

What the sample shows

  1. 01

Where the work still routes through you.

A plain-language map of the operation, marking every point where a deliverable, an order, or an approval still routes through the founder. Names disguised; the flow is real.

  2. 02

    Three to five specific findings.

Each one names the symptom, the root cause underneath it, and the cost in time, money, or risk. Not “communication could be better.” Something like “every order edit is re-keyed by hand across Shopify and the WhatsApp Business inbox, costing roughly X hours a week and Y missed edits a month” — with X and Y left illustrative, the shape intact.

  3. 03

    What we would fix first.

One core operation, ranked ahead of the rest, with the reasoning for why it is first.

  4. 04

The First Win scope and the target we would guarantee.

The exact fixed scope for the 90-day engagement, the measurable win we would co-define with you, and the fixed price — so there is no vague proposal later, and nothing to negotiate blind.

  5. 05

    An honest read on fit.

Including, where it is true, “we are not the right partner for this — here is who is.”

Two to four pages. No slide deck. Yours to keep and act on whether or not you work with us.

Before you ask

The four things people ask before booking.

1

What if the fix does not land?

We co-define the measurable win up front. Miss it, and the final tranche is waived. That is the whole guarantee, in one line.

2

What happens when it breaks after you leave?

Every build ships with a warranty window after handover. If something we built breaks in that window, we fix it at no charge. After that, break-fix is a fixed rate we quote before any work — never a surprise.

3

You are a small team. What about continuity?

We take at most two engagements at a time, staggered so each build gets full attention in its heavy phase. Utkarsh Vijay, our founding engineer, is on every build. And we run on the same documented system we sell, so the work does not live in one person’s head.

4

What do I actually keep?

Everything we build lives in the tools you already run — Shopify, WhatsApp Business, Notion, ClickUp, Zoho, HubSpot, Slack, Razorpay, Google Sheets. Your stack, not ours. You keep the working software, the documentation, and a trained team. Built to leave.

No obligation

You get the report. Then you decide.

  1. 01

    You book and pay.

We send scheduling and a simple invoice. The ninety-minute session is a working conversation, not a pitch — we are there to understand how the operation actually runs.

  2. 02

    The report lands.

You get the written Teardown within the timeframe we confirm when you book. You read it on your own time.

  3. 03

    You decide, with nothing owed.

If the First Win makes sense, your Teardown fee comes off the price and we scope it. If it does not, you keep the report and we part as friends. There is no part two unless you ask for one.

No deck. No retainer. No obligation to continue.
